Holiday Makers Market 2026 is an open call for entry and will feature works from local artists, crafters & makers for sale for the holidays

Exhibit runs from November 17-December 19

Open House:  Saturday, November 28 from 1:00-4:00PM

Holiday Celebration:  Friday, December 4 from 6:00-8:00PM

This show brings together your favorite local artists, crafters, and makers to showcase and sell their handmade creations. Here, you'll find a wide array of unique goods, including paintings, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, home decor, photo prints, and greeting cards, offering perfect gift options for your loved ones. Each item is crafted with care, making a personal and meaningful alternative to something mass-produced. Your support means investing in the creativity and talent of the Sault community. Purchasing from local artists sustains their livelihoods, encourages the growth of small businesses, and fosters a vibrant local arts scene.

MARKET GALLERY:  The entire SAAC Gallery will host this annual Holiday Market. Submitted 2D and 3D work should be small scale and original. All wall pieces need to be framed or appropriately wired for hanging. We welcome handmade crafts, prints, jewelry, soaps, gift cards, fused glass, ceramics, textiles, or anything that will be sold in multiples. You are responsible for pricing your pieces. When applying, you must include an inventory sheet of all items.

FORMULA FOR SUCCESS: For a successful market, we recommend submitting items with varying price points. Customers come looking for unique, handmade stocking stuffers, home decor, and thoughtful gift items. They're buying for friend groups, work colleagues, and family of all ages so offering a variety to choose from is helpful. This is a juried market. When completing the registration form, include photos that give our selection committee a good look at what you're entering and be specific about your price points.
