Our annual Artists Choice juried art exhibition is an open call to all artists to submit up to 3 pieces of work.  We are looking for 2D and 3D art in drawing, painting, glass, wood, printmaking, mixed media, weaving, sculpture, textiles, photography and much more.  The works should be original.   $800 in awards will be presented at the Opening Reception on June 6.  A special “Bonifas Featured Artist Award” will be given by the Bonifas Art Center of Escanaba.  There will be a $40 non-refundable application fee.

Requirements

• Artwork must be original. (No reproductions, patterns, or kits accepted. Printed media must be hand-pulled by the artist.)

• There are no size limitations, although size might become a consideration upon final selections.

• Artwork must be labeled with artist's name and title of work (on the back of 2D work, at the base of 3D work). Please indicate top of work.

• Work must be ready to safely hang/display (no sawtooth hangers please).

• SAAC will retain 30% commission on all works sold for non-Sault Area Art Center members or 20% for $100 level members.  To become a member, CLICK HERE

• Artwork may not be removed from the exhibit prior to the closing date.

• Please indicate price of work and if not for sale, label "NFS".
